We annually produce around 4 million tonnes of cement, which we test at 8 different stages throughout the production process, examining 17 different parameters including 1, 7 and 28 day strengths, initial set and colour.
Be a standard setting organisation
All of our bulk products are manufactured to the European Standard for cement, BS EN 197-1 which means you can be sure that they will perform to specification.
To be on top of our processes
As well as our UKAS accredited National Laboratory each of our manufacturing plants has a lab on site, responsible for carrying out the rigorous and comprehensive testing schedules.
